Please let me know if you want the image to be a specific size! Especially if it's an icon (ex: 200x200, 500x500, etc.)
If the image is an icon, specify if you want the character to be outlined or not. Also specify what type of background you want (ex: solid color, solid color with square or circle, pride flag(s))
For sketches, please specify what colors you want me to use for the background and sketch (default background color is grey, sketch color is whatever I feel that suits the character)
For other commission types (that aren't sketches or icons), please let me know if you want a simple abstract background or if you want it to be transparent. Complex backgrounds are not available at this time.
For simple abstract backgrounds, if there's something specific you want in it, let me know! For transparent backgrounds, let me know if you want the character to be outlined or not.
If you have any specific social media you want me to @ you on when I post the finished product, let me know! I can also keep it anonymous or not post it if you wish :)
Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agree to these terms. I will work under the assumption that you have read them. These terms may be subject to change if I deem it necessary.
I take payments via Ko-fi
I will ask for payment upfront
I have the right to deny any request that makes me uncomfortable
Refund availability depends on what stage you request one. 100% is given if no progress has been made at all, 75% is given in the sketch stage, and 50% is given in the lineart stage. Once the piece is colored (or if you order a sketch), no refunds are available
I will keep you updated on my progress, and I will send you a sketch to approve before I continue working on it. I will try to finish your piece within 2 weeks, but I will let you know if there are any delays. I am a full-time college student, so please be patient with me <:)
You are free to request any small edits or corrections to finished pieces, but large edits and redraws will need to be paid for
You cannot use my art for AI or NFT purposes. Using it for commercial purposes (e.g., merch) will need to be discussed beforehand
Don't take credit for or claim my work as your own. If you repost it, be sure to credit me
I will likely post the finished piece to social media, but please let me know if you want to be anonymous or would rather it not be posted
